![]() On my first post I mentioned that I noticed that these types of disconnects occur either because of "any" issue on the host side or on my side (internet, router, etc.) therefore, I was hoping to find/change a setting to change this reconnect time so that I would not have to manually "uncheck" and "re-check" the hoster in the "Account Manager" or for JD to take less time to "re-check" when I'm not monitoring it. ![]() ![]() If you look at my the first screenshot from my first post called ".Unavailable" and compare it to the new screenshot from today, it shows that the "status" are different for both: the first one shows "service_unavailable" and the new one shows "Unknown Error", and they were both "temporarily disabled": first error was for 5-minutes countdown (I think) and the second one for 60-minutes countdown. I’m including a screenshot of the “account manager overview” where I’m referring to the manually checking/re-checking the reconnect status and a screenshot of the “reconnect” settings in “advanced settings”. ![]() I have checked the “Reconnect” under “Advanced Settings” however, I’m not sure which one of the settings controls the amount of time for this reconnect so that I can change it to a shorter amount of time. I think that when I’m not monitoring it and this occurs, that JD will eventually reconnect properly to the hoster on its own after a given amount of time. This usually occurs when either there is a disconnect from my internet connection/ISP or from the multi-hoster.Īpparently, this is occurring momentarily from the hoster side either as some in-place check for user-account verification or server-side issues. Sometimes during the first couple of hours of starting my downloads, the multi-hoster disconnects once or twice and starts to check for connections within the “Account Manager” so I have to manually “uncheck” and “re-check” the blank-box for this account. ![]()
